Fly me to the moon!

🌑 Walking the Thin Line — November Musical Moon Meditation

Inner Sound Worlds Monthly Moon Meditation Series

As the veil thins, the worlds lean close. Shadows grow long and luminous, and what lies beyond the visible begins to hum in our bones. We walk a narrow path between spirit and soil, where silence carries messages and the heart remembers its ancient songs.

To stay steady here, we tether ourselves to truth — that quiet knowing beneath the noise. The turning of seasons, the slow descent into Winter, calls us inward, toward the deep hearth of Earth Mother and the whispering root of self. It is in this intimacy that our outer lives find grace — a soft strength to move through mystery with compassion.

Vulnerability becomes our teacher. It opens the gate to humility, reminding us of the great lineage of souls who dreamed before us, whose breath and courage shape our own becoming. Walking this thin line between past and future, seen and unseen, we remember our resilience — the supple stamina of spirit that bends, never breaks.

Each new moon brings a doorway. With Walking the Thin Line, the second in my year-long series of Moon Meditations, I invite you to step through — to listen between the worlds, to rest inside the pulse of resonance, and to walk your truth into the light of what’s coming.

These monthly meditations are created in live ceremony — improvised sound journeys for reflection, healing, and remembrance. They are invitations to pause, breathe, and attune to the field we all share.

You can experience Walking the Thin Line beginning tomorrow on the Inner Sound Worlds YouTube Channel.
May it meet you where you are, and guide you gently toward the next clearing of your own becoming.

My original notes from 2017

The veil is thin, and other worlds are easily accessible to us. We walk the thin line between the physical and the spirit world during this time. Staying on path requires a tether to our own personal truth, so we can continue moving forward towards our deeper truth. The change between season, and the oncoming Winter require diligence on our part, to stay in connection with the Earth Mother, and our inner selves. In this way, our outer selves may navigate a wide latitude of anomalous experiences with grace and compassion. Being vulnerable and open at this time reminds us of our humanity, and our humility in the face of all that have come before us, and upon whose shoulders we stand. Through walking this thin line between past and present, we remember our stamina and our flexibility as we walk our truth into a new future.

The first one, Cracks Between the Worlds (October) was released last month. Subscribe to my Youtube Channel for the new one each month!

May the golden resonance between worlds find you listening, heart open beneath the new moon, as sound becomes light and your presence is prayer.
