Exploring unconscious beliefs that limit authenticity
This interactive workshop will explore how limiting beliefs can influence our judgment and behavior and impact our ability to live authentically. Through various modalities, including interpersonal processes, breathwork, visualization and sound healing, we will bring awareness to the origin and impacts and begin the integration of those beliefs to minimize their influence on our lives.

Steve Hester is a life coach and outdoor educator with extensive experience working with youth, young adults, and veterans in backcountry and wilderness conservation programs. He has been actively involved in men's work for over two decades and has developed and facilitated leadership and conflict-resolution workshops for nearly 25 years. His work includes facilitation and leadership with The ManKind Project and H.E.R.
Emily Feingold graduated from the California Institute of Integral Studies in 2014 and moved to KS that year. She first worked as a case manager for children in foster care, and then as a therapist for four years at the Topeka Correctional Facility. Emily has a private psychotherapy practice at Interpersonal Psychiatry, where she specializes in trauma healing, nervous system regulation, and filling an office with as many plants as possible.
