The reatreat includes an all day in-person retreat at Harmony Farm in Perry, KS and an online check in session, designed to support the integration of the retreat’s specific teachings. There is also a checkin via zoom mid-way between the third and fourth session.
The day will include:
An opening circle, grounding and getting present
Integrating all the chakras
A sound healing meditation
A nutrient dense lunch prepared by Heather
A human design primer focusing on these centers and finding your authentic self
Time on the land to integrate
And a closing circle
