What happens when we stop trying to control what arrives—and practice meeting it instead?

Spend a winter solstice day together with sound, silence, movement, the land, food, conversation, and fire.

4:30 · Sound Meditation and Integration

7:00 · Lighting of the Solstice Fire
Harmony Medicine Wheel and putting the woods to bed for the winter

What to Bring

-Mat to sit on and lay down on (I have a few that are available for use)

-Water bottle

-Head lamp

-Winter clothes for walking

-Sturdy shoes

No prior meditation or sound practice experience is necessary. This workshop is for all: beginner through ninja!

Throughout the afternoon, we will move between guided sound meditation, Qi Gong, time alone with the land, rest, reflection, and shared experience—practicing what it means to remain in relationship with what arrives.
